Hat Bar Party Booking & Cancellation Policy

Deposit (Due at Booking)

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date, materials, and staffing.

Final Payment (Due 10 Days Prior to Event)

The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your event. If the balance is not paid by this deadline, the event date and deposit may be forfeited.

Cancellations Within 10 Days of Event

Cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled event date are non-refundable, including deposit and any balance already paid.

This is due to materials, product, and staffing being allocated and prepared during this timeframe.

Rescheduling Policy

We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests submitted at least 10 days prior to the event date.

Rescheduling requests made within 10 days of the event will be treated as a cancellation.
